Sean Soboleski
NC Lemon Law Attorney
Mr. Soboleski received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice before all Courts of North Carolina as well as the United States District Court, for the Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts of North Carolina.
Sean spear-headed the North Carolina branch of one of the largest Consumer Lemon Law Firms in the country. Mr. Soboleski has counseled and assisted thousands of consumers with their defective automobile claims while enforcing North Carolina’s Consumer Protection Statues, such as the NC Lemon Law, the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), and the Federal Magnuson-Moss Act (Mag-Moss).
Mr. Soboleski has extensive trial experience, including bench and jury trials to verdict with favorable results for his clients. Recently, Mr. Soboleski convinced the North Carolina Court of Appeals to overturn a trial court’s decision in a case involving the sale of a motor vehicle to a consumer. His Appellate experience and determined advocacy resulted in a reversal of the lower court’s decision and a ruling in favor of his client.
Known as a “bulldog” in the courtroom, Mr. Soboleski has zealously fought for consumer’s rights against some of the largest corporations in the country. His practice extends to general business disputes and litigation, fraud and unfair or deceptive trade practices claims, and he has developed quite a niche in this practice area.
