NC Foreclosure Defense Attorney

Jane is originally from Ohio and received a BA from The College of Wooster. She is also a graduate of the Duquesne Law School in Pittsburgh, PA. After law school, Jane pursued and developed a high tech courtroom presentation business. Also in that time Jane practiced criminal defense and civil litigation in Wilmington, NC with her (now) husband, Sean Soboleski.

In 2003, Jane relocated to Asheville, NC and joined a state- wide real estate law firm. She managed the Asheville office of the firm for 2 years, and then struck out on her own in late 2006 into a solo real estate closing practice. That practice evolved and led to a partnership with another Asheville attorney in 2008.

After the birth of her son, River in 2009, Jane made the decision to go back to work at Soboleski Law and to concentrate her efforts and legal expertise to help consumers and homeowners who were most affected by the housing crisis. Jane has been assisting clients for the past two years to negotiate with their lenders to avoid foreclosure and modify their existing mortgage to a more affordable payment.
